When to ask us

A move can bring ten separate jobs at once. Tell us your arrival date, neighbourhood, what is already arranged and what still needs doing. We can discuss a sequence that fits access, delivery and installation times.

What you approve

You approve the scope, purchases, provider charges and any changes to the plan. Property decisions, contracts and permissions remain yours. We do not offer an invented fixed move-in package.

How pricing works

Our coordination fee reflects the work involved. A simple request may have a fixed fee; multi-step work needs a custom quote. Provider charges, products and other third-party costs are normally separate. Urgent or after-hours work may cost more. We explain the scope and fees before you agree.
