What you approve

You approve the item, supplier, total cost and delivery terms before purchase. High-value purchases always need your approval before commitment. Returns, warranties and substitutions should be discussed before ordering.

How pricing works

Our coordination fee reflects the work involved. A simple request may have a fixed fee; multi-step work needs a custom quote. Provider charges, products and other third-party costs are normally separate. Urgent or after-hours work may cost more. We explain the scope and fees before you agree.

Availability, authenticity information, warranties and returns depend on the supplier and product. We do not guarantee that every item can be found or purchased.
