What you approve

You approve the provider, visit arrangements and significant costs. Repairs that change the agreed scope need your approval. Tell us if your landlord or building management must authorize access or work.

How pricing works

Our coordination fee reflects the work involved. A simple request may have a fixed fee; multi-step work needs a custom quote. Provider charges, products and other third-party costs are normally separate. Urgent or after-hours work may cost more. We explain the scope and fees before you agree.

Independent providers carry out repairs and technical work. Availability and timing depend on the job. For an immediate safety emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or building management rather than waiting for us.
