What you approve

You approve the provider, fare, pickup details and any additional waiting or change charges before commitment. Share flight changes and special requirements as early as possible.

Confirm a private driver itinerary

For a day hire or a trip with several stops, write down the date, pickup and final drop-off, start and end times, and the planned stops. Ask the provider to confirm the vehicle, driver contact and complete quote before you book. A private-driver label does not confirm that every requirement is included.

How many passengers and bags must fit, and which vehicle or accessibility arrangements are required?
Are all stops and the day-hire duration included in the agreed itinerary?
How are waiting, overtime, fuel, tolls, parking and additional stops charged?
What are the terms for a changed itinerary, delay or cancellation?
Who will drive, how will you contact them, and where exactly will you meet?

How pricing works

Our coordination fee reflects the work involved. A simple request may have a fixed fee; multi-step work needs a custom quote. Provider charges, products and other third-party costs are normally separate. Urgent or after-hours work may cost more. We explain the scope and fees before you agree.

Transport is one part of Saigon Desk coordination. Independent providers operate the vehicles and deliveries. Timing depends on availability, traffic and the agreed arrangements.
